Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the date of receipt by submitting a Return Request Form.  A Return Authorization Number and Return Shipping Label will be generated to help you with your return.

• The Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns or exchanges unless the reason for the return is a damaged item or wrong item shipped.
• Refunds can be applied back to the credit card account that was used in the transaction.
